Rules for submission

Symposia proposals are considered for 90-minutes sessions, maximum 4 presentations and must include:

• Title
• Name of proposer (= chair persons)
• Rationale
• Names of the speakers and titles of their presentations
• Abstracts of each individual presentation
• Abstracts should be submitted in good English and the text must not exceed 200 words
• All Symposia will be submitted for international peer review by the Scientific Programme Committe
• Applicants will be notified by May 30th as to whether their symposium has been accepted
• Authors will be asked to confirm their attendance by registering online.
  All presenting authors must register as participants by 1st of July, to ensure inclusion of their abstracts in the program
