Rules for submission

• Abstracts should be submitted in good English and the text must not exceed 200 words
• Please specify whether the abstract is proposed for oral or poster presentation. Accepted abstracts will be printed in the Abstract Book of the Congress
• An individual may present more than one abstract, but selection will be at the discretion of the Scientific Programme Committee
• All abstracts will be submitted for international peer review by the Scientific Programme Committee
• Applicants will be notified by May 30th as to whether their abstract has been accepted
• Authors will be asked to confirm their attendance by registering online.
  All presenting authors must register as participants by 1st of July, to ensure inclusion of their abstracts in the program

Best poster award

IFPE will offer an award to 3 best poster presenters under the age of 40 selected by members of the Scientific Programme Committee.
The award will include a certificate and a small money prize.
